Since graduating from the University of Manchester in 2006, Rahim has developed extensive experience in both aesthetic and restorative dentistry, whilst perusing his personal interest in dental implants. He has successfully completed an MSc in Dental Implantology with distinction. Since 2007 Rahim has worked solely in private practice and has a broad experience in treating multiple dental challenges.

Rahim now mainly focuses within the field of dental implants and is a peripatetic dentist placing dental implants across multiple practices around the northwest. His work is typified by an exceptional level of professionalism, which extends to a strong focus on continued professional development and keeping up to date with the latest advances and techniques – something he now takes a step further in his work lecturing and mentoring dentists new to the field. Using the latest technology Rahim is able to use a digital work flow when treatment planning for his implant patients. This enhances the patients understanding and also the precision/accuracy of treatment.

Dental implants are often one of the simplest treatment choices, provided they are delivered in a correct manner and in an appropriate setting. Choosing to have dental implants can be a life-changing decision for many patients, so choosing the right clinic and dentist is extremely important.

My attitude to patient care is very simple – I believe in treating my patients in the way I would wish to be treated myself. This might sound obvious, but when helping a patient make an important decision, it’s important to me personally that they understand every aspect of their proposed treatment. This way I can be sure that they have complete confidence in their treatment decision and my skills as a dentist experienced in implants. The key to providing precise, effective and comfortable dental implants is making full use of the latest dental technologies such as CT scans and a digital work flow to meticulously plan each operation.

This, combined with high quality implant systems supported by impeccable research and evidence, means that my patient and I can be sure of their treatment.
